Steph Thompson

Whether it’s your first time at our Townsville clinic, or you visit us each week for speech therapy, chances are you’ve met the lovely Steph! She is one of our wonderful Administration Assistants with a big passion for all things Speech Pathology. 

Steph is currently studying Speech Pathology at James Cook University, and in her spare time runs a sensory play business called Messy Monsterz. Her favourite things about working at SpeechEase are the tight-knit team and having the opportunity to see the different ways our Speech Pathologists create engaging speech therapy activities.  

Outside of work hours you’ll find Steph trying to teach her two new budgies (named Cricket and Beans) some fun tricks. Isn’t that so cute?  

One of Steph’s biggest influences has been her grandfather. He was a big part of her life growing up and always had time to teach her life skills like changing a tyre or how to garden.
