Since joining SpeechEase I have honed my clinical skillset across early childhood development, disability, and supporting complex needs. The biggest growth I’ve had is taking on greater responsibilities as a clinical lead. This is an area I progressed towards in other jobs I have had so it has been so motivating to get to continue along this pathway of development. Our team are also so close and supportive, both personally and professionally. We always have each other’s backs and best interests at heart.
